Our library is one of the largest church libraries in the Diocese. The collection of over 3,000 books, videos and DVDs has strengths in: theology; pastoral care; prayer; peace; self-esteem; truth and reconciliation; other faiths; stories of triumph over adversity; stories of one person making a difference in the world; and stories including families of all types. There is an extensive children’s collection including a variety of VeggieTales DVDs and books dealing with grief for children. The Library also operates a book truck of “for sale” books for the moderate price of $2/item - this book truck funds the books we buy for the library.

The Library is open regularly on Sunday and Tuesday mornings and at other irregular hours during the week. A “new book” and thematic display is also provided every Sunday during coffee hour. Parishioners are welcome to borrow materials through an easy sign-out system.

Pat is in the Library on Tuesday mornings and welcomes suggestions. She fundraises, develops displays, acquires and catalogues the books, and keeps the collection in good working order.
